Cherry Avenue

 Our new 24,000 square foot building at Cherry Avenue is located adjacent to Buford Middle School, is in one of the neediest neighborhoods in our community. The capacity of the new building will soar from serving only 80 kids each day to 400 kids per day from across Charlottesville. One of the most critical components of the project is the creation of the first-ever Teen Center designed specifically to meet the the needs of teens. Many teens lose interest in the Club and stop coming, putting their futures at risk through school failure, juvenile crime, violence, gang activity and teen pregnancy and through this designated Teen space, we are now giving the teens of Charlottesville a better choice for their future.
